My Journey of Reclamation
For years, I lived disconnected from my body and truth — searching for fulfillment outside of myself, stuck in cycles of overgiving, people-pleasing, addiction, and trauma. I craved love and belonging, but constantly felt unseen, unheard, and not enough.
Behind the external image was a soul carrying deep pain: sexual trauma, toxic relationships, domestic violence, childhood trauma, and ancestral wounds that went unacknowledged for far too long.
I was lost in a world of partying, self-abandonment, and survival — numbing the ache with substances, sex, and external validation.
On November 26, 2018, after a violent incident with a partner, everything changed.
That was the day I chose myself.
I left Las Vegas behind and returned to California — and for the first time, I truly began to heal.
Supported by therapy, sound healing, women’s circles, and spiritual guidance, I began to peel back the layers of pain and remember who I really am.
I committed to my healing and devoted myself to a path of embodiment, womb connection, ancestral reclamation, and feminine leadership.
In January 2023, I birthed SHINE Empowerment & Healing — a vision that first came to me in a meditation back in 2019.
It’s the sacred culmination of my journey and the space I wish existed when I was navigating my own darkness.
Through years of healing work, certifications in Usui Reiki, sound healing, womb healing, transmutation meditation, coaching, and somatic practices — and a lifetime of lived experience — I now guide others home to themselves.
I created this work because I didn’t see enough trauma-informed healing spaces led by people who looked like me or shared my lived experiences.
Too often, clients are passed between professionals, re-telling their traumas without integration. I knew there had to be another way.
At SHINE, I offer a holistic, embodied, and heart-led approach — weaving together ancestral wisdom, somatic healing, spiritual guidance, and deep emotional safety.
It’s my honor to hold space for all beings ready to break cycles, reclaim their voice, and embody the freedom that is their birthright.

I spent years navigating life in survival mode, feeling unseen, unheard, and unworthy. But through the sacred path of healing, I remembered the truth: our power lives in the body — in the womb — in the earth — in our remembering.
The womb is a portal of creation and wisdom.
It holds the codes of life, beauty, and transformation.
We cycle through death and rebirth every month.
And it’s time we return to that truth — together.
My deepest intention is to walk with you through sacred portals of healing as you shed old stories, outdated programming, and generational conditioning — and reconnect to your body, your womb, and Mother Earth.

I bring the full tapestry of my wisdom — from ancestral, generational, childhood, and sexual trauma to academic study, lived experience, and global solo travels as a woman of color — and I offer it all, in devotion, to you.

Since 2018, I’ve walked the path of womb healing, ancestral remembrance, and radical self-reclamation. I’ve turned toward the pain — the wounds of sexual trauma, toxic relationships, financial instability, and deep-rooted self-doubt — and transmuted it into power, purpose, and embodied truth.

⟢ In Human Design, I’m a 4/6 Projector — which means rest is sacred. I honor my rhythms and wait for aligned invitations before guiding and sharing my vision. No more hustle culture here — just embodied wisdom.
⟢ Since early 2023, my instrument collection has quadrupled — especially hand drums (my favorite!). You’ll usually catch me singing the beats, not the lyrics. Rhythm lives in my bones.
⟢ I’ve traveled to 26 countries and lived in 10 of them — weaving stories, soul growth, and sacred lessons into each chapter.
⟢ I root myself in the sacred lands of Mexico, Spain, and Egypt, returning to each annually.
