Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Shine Empowerment & Healing website, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions, along with all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use or access this website.
Payments
All deposits and payments made for SHINE Empowerment & Healing’s services are non-refundable.
Use License
We grant you permission to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Shine Empowerment & Healing website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you must not:
a. Modify or copy the materials;
b. Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
c. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Shine Empowerment & Healing website;
d. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
e. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Shine Empowerment & Healing at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Womb Awakening Retreats

1) Booking & Payments
Application-only. Space is limited to 12 women.
Payment paths: Pay-in-Full, financing, or an approved custom plan.
First payment to confirm your spot:
Pay-in-Full / Standard financing: your first payment confirms your spot and is non-refundable.
Custom plan (if applicable): a minimum non-refundable deposit of $1,111 is required to secure your place.*
Late/missed payments may result in loss of place without refund.
* Deposit note: The $1,111 minimum non-refundable deposit applies only to accepted participants on a custom payment plan. For Pay-in-Full or standard financing, your first payment confirms your spot and is non-refundable.
2) Cancellations & Refunds (Participant)
All payments are non-refundable. Each booking impacts fixed costs and private access arrangements.
You may transfer your spot to an aligned participant with our written approval and completion of all forms/payments by the transferee (admin fee may apply).
No refunds for late arrival, early departure, missed activities, or unused services.
3) Cancellations/Changes (Host)
We may change the itinerary (temples, private accesses, hotels/boat, timing) for safety, logistics, site restrictions, weather, or water conditions.
If postponed or materially changed, payments roll to the rescheduled dates; no cash refunds.
If fully canceled by Host, a credit will be offered toward future retreats/programs. (Participant travel/visa costs are not covered—see Insurance.)
4) Travel Documents & Requirements
You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, and entry requirements. Denied entry or documentation issues do not qualify for refunds.
5) Travel Insurance (Required)
Required for all participants; purchase within 14 days of first payment when possible.
Policy must include trip cancellation/interruption, medical (valid in retreat location, i.e. Egypt, Mexico or Spain), emergency evacuation, and baggage.
Proof of active policy due 14 days after acceptance and no later than 60 days before retreat start (or immediately for late enrollments).
6) Health, Fitness & Medical Disclosure
You confirm you are physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate and will disclose relevant conditions.
We are not medical providers; all practices are optional and self-paced. You are responsible for your medications, care, and any medical clearance.
7) Assumption of Risk & Release
Travel, transport (including boat), temples, desert environments, and water activities involve inherent risks (illness, injury, theft, delays).
You voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Host, collaborators, venues, guides, and transport providers are not liable for loss, damage, injury, delays, or expenses, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host and partners from claims arising from your participation.
8) What’s Included / Not Included
Please review the Sales Page section “What’s Included / What’s Not” for a clear list of meals, transport, entries, facilitation, and extras. This section forms part of your agreement.
9) Conduct & Community Care
We uphold a safe, respectful environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or disregard for safety/cultural guidance may result in removal without refund.
Consent matters: do not film/photograph other participants without their permission.
10) Media Policy (Photo/Video)
Consent-based. You may opt out of photography on your application and may update your preference anytime.
Our team (including the guest facilitator/photographer) may capture imagery to document the experience. We seek consent before close-ups or identifiable images in sensitive moments.
If you opt-in, you grant Host and designated collaborators a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images/video featuring you for marketing and educational purposes (website, social, print).
If you use retreat images for your brand, please credit the photographer when reasonably possible.
Ceremonies: We may designate “no-camera” times to protect privacy and sacred space.
11) Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, public health events, government actions, strikes, weather, river levels, sea conditions).
12) Governing Law & Dispute
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
13) Participant Agreement & Signature
If accepted, you will receive a Welcome Packet with the detailed Participant Agreement, waivers, and required forms.
Your place is conditional upon returning the signed Agreement and any requested documents (including proof of travel insurance) within the stated deadlines.
Failure to sign/return by the deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot; all payments remain non-refundable per Section 2. The Agreement restates/expands media, conduct, risk, itinerary-change provisions, and more retreat-location specific.
14) Document Deadlines & First Payment
First payment to confirm your spot:
Pay-in-Full / Standard financing: first payment due within 48 hours of acceptance (non-refundable).
Custom plan (if applicable): $1,111 minimum non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours to secure your place.
Participant Agreement (e-signature): due within 7 days of acceptance.
Passport copy (valid 6+ months beyond return): due within 14 days of acceptance.
Travel insurance proof: due within 14 days of acceptance and no later than 60 days pre-start.
Late enrollments (31–60 days pre-start): Agreement, passport, insurance proof due within 72 hours.
Last-minute (≤30 days): all documents due within 24 hours.
Missing any deadline may result in loss of place; all payments are non-refundable.
